Seamlessly integrating traditional voice, e-mail, voice recognition , web chat and other contact media into the customer contact centre, enables organisations to improve customer satisfaction, lower transaction costs and vastly improve sales volumes. Web based customers expect to be able to navigate through web sites with increasing speed ease and response levels. Multiple response and contact media give consumers real choice on how they access product information and services.
This will be the first complete deployment of this Avaya technology in the UK. DXP are a trusted Technology partner to some of the UK’s leading organisations.”
