provided BP&N with the MHP VoIP Replacement Telephony Service programme in recent weeks.

In my opinion your organisation has demonstrated a level of commitment that has surpassed the “Normal Call of Duty” expected by BP&N.

I am particularly grateful to Phil Pointon-Lee, as Phil has worked tirelessly for BP&N / DXP and has demonstrated a level of technical expertise and
professionalism that clearly confirms that he is a credit to your organisation and a very valued employee.
