Avaya MultiVantage™ is a range of software solutions for telephony, contact centres, messaging and unified communications that’s uses a modular mix of Media Servers and Media Gateways, all of which are managed by the Avaya integrated suite of system and network management tools.
Communications Manager™ is designed as an open, scalable, and highly reliable telephony solutions and effectively scales from under 100 users to as many as 36,000 on a single system and to more than one million users on a single system.
As the core telephony software for Avaya MultiVantage™ Communication Applications, it gives enterprises the flexibility to introduce advanced IP telephony solutions as needed while leveraging their existing infrastructure investments.
