Voice Recording in its simplest form is a storage device for incoming and outgoing calls. Calls can be recorded to a single device at the users desk for training purposes etc, recorded to a users PC for archiving and ease of play back or recorded to a central server in a multi user environment.
Calls can be searched for by day, time, CLI, DDI, extension number and any other parameter you wish to search against.
Call Recording is typically used for training and development of employees or as a proof source for previous conversations.
