DXP are fully accredited Avaya and Nortel partners and have full technical support and spares availability as a channel partner.
As many of our clients have ‘Multi-vendor’ networks, DXP can also arrange extremely practical maintenance contracts fully backed by BT, Siemens, Maintel and numerous other manufacturers. This means our clients can have single-co-terminating, contractual arrangements with just one supplier – DXP.
Our maintenance agreements can be fully tailored to your needs and your budget. From a simple ‘time and materials’ call out contract right up to 24/7 365 days agreements with varying response times to suit your business.
Maintenance services available for most premium telephone systems - from normal business hours cover right up to 24/7 365 day, 4 hour response. Contracts can be tailored to meet the requirements of your own organisations needs.
